Can we try it first? What about refunds?

You will have a money-back guarantee on your first month of subscription!
We have a monthly fee charge after that depending on the number of users in your company. If you cancel before your billing date each month your credit card won’t be charged again for any subsequent months (refunds will not be issued if you do not cancel within 30 days).

Why choose irsLogics instead of a generic CRM software?

irsLogics is a ready-to-use CRM solution that addresses your needs as a tax resolution professional. Generic CRM software programs don’t address those needs without customization – which requires a significant additional investment in time, people resources and money.

Are there any specific applications or hardware I need to have before I can use irsLogics?

There are no specific hardware requirements. All you need is Internet access with a compatible browser such as  Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari..

What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?

We take careful precautions to protect our clients’ information. The Logics server is as secure as can reasonably be provided and is housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup. Your project site is password protected and we will not sell or share your information or any data you enter. No one will be able to access your data unless you grant permission.

Can I get my data out if I want to discontinue using irsLogics?

Yes, you can easily get a backup copy of your data. If you’re unhappy with the service, no hard feelings! You will be able to cancel your account at any time. We’ll do everything we can to make the transition away from our application a pleasant one.

Can we run Logics on our own servers?

Logics is a web-based, hosted service and we don't provide on-premise software.
