How much is irsLogics?
irsLogics is priced on a per user basis plus a one time setup fee. Rates vary based on your company size. Please contact us to get a quote.
Can we try it first? What about refunds?
You can try irsLogics with a risk-free, 30-day trial. You will receive a full refund if you cancel during this period. We have a monthly fee charge after that depending on the amount of users in your company or organization. If you cancel before your billing date each month your credit card won't be charged again for any subsequent months(refunds will not be issued if you do not cancel within 30 days).
What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?
We take careful precautions to protect our clients' information. The irsLogics server is as secure as can reasonably be provided, and is housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup. Your project site is password protected and we will not sell or share your information or any data you enter. No one will be able to access your data unless you grant permission.
Can I get my data out if I want to discontinue using irsLogics?
Yes, you can easily export all your data at any time. If you're unhappy with the service, no hard feelings — you will be able to cancel your account at any time. We'll do everything we can to make the transition away from our application a pleasant one.
Can we run irsLogics on our own servers?
irsLogics is a web-based, hosted service. Under certain circumistances we will discuss installing it on your company's server. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
